Central Butte,

A Sense Of Pride In Our Community

Central Butte Notices

BOX 10
PH: 306-796-2288

The Town of Central Butte has been closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19. The health, safety and well-being of our employees, members of the public and community are our top priorities.

School, recreation facilities, churches, senior center, Legion, library, and others are closed. All programs out of these facilities were suspended. Our care homes are doing their absolute best to protect the residents.

The Town Office and R.M. of Enfield are closed to the public until further notice. Both administrators are in office during normal hours for phone calls and other non-person to person contact ways of doing business.

Kyle is available at the Town Office phone: (306) 796-2288 or email us. Payments owing to the Town can be made through e-transfer, credit card over the phone, cheque or cash. There is an envelope slot at the south door of the Town Office or Canada Post.

We would like to acknowledge and thank our businesses in these difficult times. They are showing total professionalism in their efforts to protect their employees, the public and in trying to keep everyone safe. Some difficult decisions have been made. Their level of service is subject to ongoing change. If you are in doubt give a call ahead so that you know what is available. We are aware there are those who do not have internet or access to Facebook. If you know of someone with limited access please do your best to keep them informed. Please check on your neighbors by telephone if they are elderly or may need assistance or live alone.

If you or someone you know needs supplies while in isolation please don’t hesitate to call the Town Office. We will do our best to connect you with help. The area has two excellent service clubs. Kinsmen (306) 796-7427, Legion (306) 260-1951. They too may be able to provide assistance.

We encourage all residents to visit saskatchewan.ca/coronavirus as well as self-assessment for information and updates. Toll free phone: 1-855-559-5502.

Every person can play a role in keeping us all at less risk of being infected with this virus. Responding most effectively will take a whole community approach. This covid-19 threat is real. Please do your part to keep everyone safe. We can get through this if everyone follows the rules and guidelines as set out by our Health Authorities. If anyone needs more information, contact the Town Office during normal business hours.
